Summary
The administration of pyrimethamine (Daraprim) to 81 men in doses of 25 mg. weekly for 6 months failed to produce toxic effects. In 133 other men, who received the drug as malaria therapy on various schedules, no toxic effects which could be unequivocably attributed to pyrimethamine were observed.
