Summary

A case of very severe sunburn in an 18-month-old child after exposure for 30 minutes at a swimming pool in the tropics following a single dose of pyrvinium pamoate is reported. It is suggested that patients be advised to avoid sunning themselves for a few days after receiving the drug.
