Monthly Publication of the Journal?

The Councilors of the Society at their recent meeting in New York decided that publication of the Journal on a monthly basis would be in the best interest of the Society. A change from the publication of 6 issues per year to 12 requires a modification of Article IV, Section I of the Constitution. To this end a ballot was sent to each member with the July mailing of the Journal in anticipation of possible final action at the Los Angeles meeting of the Society.

As our Secretary indicated in his letter forwarding the ballot, this
