Summary and Conclusions

Reported therapeutic tests show that pyrimethamine is an effective suppressant for malaria in dosage of 25 mg. single dose weekly. Our studies reported here and previously (Coatney et al., 1953) indicate that this dosage may be given safely to white or colored races without untoward reactions, barring possible cases of idiosyncrasy.
