TWSb was employed in the treatment of 17 Egyptian children suffering from urinary bilharziasis. The drug was given daily, every other day or twice weekly. Observations on its effect on the electrocardiogram indicated that giving the drug is safer in twice weekly than in more frequent doses and is, moreover, equally effective.
