Once ASTMH has received your membership dues, your online subscription will become active, and you will receive a letter with instructions for obtaining access to the World Wide Web edition; the letter will direct you to an online form. You will be asked to provide the following information necessary to activate your subscription to AJTMH Online:

A user name and password that you can easily remember

Your name, phone number, and email address

Your customer number (included with the letter)

Legacy content (1921-1997) can be purchased as a separate subscription for a fee of $30 per calendar year. Contact ASTMH for more information or to place an order for this back content.
