Abstract

Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) and multilocus sequence typing (MLST) was used to type 21 laboratory strains of . We demonstrated good resolution by PFGE together with clustering of some geographically related isolates, and confirmed previous observations that is clonal as defined by MLST.
