Abstract

Summary

It has been demonstrated that will transmit yellow fever in the laboratory. The extrinsic incubation in this species was found to be between 14 and 16 days in mosquitoes kept at a constant temperature of 30°C. The titer of circulating virus of the source animal was found to be related to the percentage of mosquitoes infected.
