Abstract

Summary

  • 1.  Eight anophelines were found among the fifty-eight species of mosquitoes that were identified in El Salvador.
  • 2.  The two commonest were and , the latter being relatively more abundant in El Salvador than it had been in Costa Rica.
  • 3.  As in other countries, favored the lowlands while was taken at all elevations.
