In the Letter to the Editor by Arya and Agarwal (Am J Trop Med Hyg 69(3): 234), the first author’s name is misspelled. The author’s name should be Subhash C. Arya. The journal staff regrets this error.

In Am J Trop Med Hyg 69(3): 238–243, there is an error in the caption under Figure 3. The caption should read "Prevalence of Plasmodium falciparum dihyropteroate synthetase genotypes in Magoda and Mpapayu in 1998, 1999, and 2000." The journal staff regrets this error.

In Am J Trop Med Hyg 69(3): 277–283, there is an error in the abstract. The first sentence reads: "We undertook annual surveys of flavivirus virus activity in the community of Billiluna of Western Australia in the southeast Kimberley region between 1989 and 2001." This sentence should read: "We undertook annual surveys of flavivirus activity in the community of Billiluna in the southeast Kimberley region of Western Australia between 1989 and 2001."
