The Bite and Habits of a Giant Centipede (Scolopendra Subspinipes) in the Philippine Islands

Habits of Scolopendra subspinipes on Leyte Island and effects from its bite are reported. No symptoms which might lead to fatality were indicated in cases of bites even from very large centipedes.
