Hydatid Cyst of the Brain

A case is reported of hydatid cyst of the right hemisphere of the brain in an adult British male who had spent several years in Palestine and Syria. The difficulty of diagnosis in this case is discussed. A possible source of infection of foreigners and others is suggested.
