Testicular Schistosomiasis Mansoni: A Differential Diagnostic Problem with Testicular Neoplasias

We report a case of testicular schistosomiasis mansoni that was surgically treated as a tumor. Massive enlargment of the testicle (twice the original volume) was due to an extensive granulomatous reaction.
