Vaccine Development for Schistosomiasis: Report of a Workshop*

A workshop on the development of an attenuated vaccine for schistosomiasis was held. This report of the workshop briefly reviews the recent progress toward a vaccine and discusses further work that must be done in the areas of technical feasibility, safety, and logistics.
