Extragenital Cutaneous Lesions of Schistosomiasis Mansoni

Report of Two Cases*

Two cases of extragenital cutaneous lesions caused by eggs of Schistosoma mansoni are described. In one case the cutaneous involvement occurred during the acute phase of schistosomiasis; in the other the lesion appeared several years after specific treatment for schistosmoniasis had been given.
