Prasop Nitidandhaprabhas, Kobkiat Harnsomburana, Chumphol Surasvadi AND Weera Mahunee
Division of Dermatology and Department of Pathology, Bhumibol Adulyadej Hospital, Royal Thai Air Force Medical Service, Donmuang, Thailand

A large subcutaneous nodule present for 2 mo was removed from the occiput of a 26-yr-old Thai man and found to contain a male Gnathostoma spinigerum. Aside from the occipital location, a noteworthy feature of the case was the long stationary persistence of the stable, non-tender nodule.

Accepted for publication June 27, 1977.
