Minutes of the Annual Council Meeting. The annual business meeting of the Council was held on 1 November 1976 in the William Penn Room of the Benjamin Franklin Hotel, Philadelphia. All officers and councilors were present for the meeting except Colvin Gibson, Harry Hoogstraal, and Martin S. Wolfe. The minutes of the 1975 annual Council meeting were approved as published in the May 1976 American Journal of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene.

Old Business. Reports of Officers. Report of Secretary Annual Meetings The twenty-fourth annual meeting was held at the Braniff Place, New Orleans, Louisiana, 10–14 November 1975. The meeting was a joint meeting with the American Society of Parasitologists, which celebrated its 50th anniversary.
