Identification of Dengue Viruses Using Complement Fixing Antigen Produced in Mosquitoes

Complement fixing antigen produced in male Aedes albopictus mosquitoes infected with dengue viruses can be used in conjunction with prototype immune mouse ascitic fluids to identify these viruses as to serotype.
