Terramycin in Schistosomiasis: A Trial in Six Cases

Salisbury Native Hospital and Research Laboratory, Causeway, Southern Rhodesia

Five cases of schistosomiasis were unsuccessfully treated with terramycin in doses ranging from 11/2 gm. daily for a period of approximately 16 days. The sixth case, a child aged 5 years who received 11/2 gm. daily for 8 days, was also uncured.
