Minutes of the Annual Council Meeting. The annual business meeting of the Council was held at 7:30 p.m., 31 October 1967 with President Most presiding. In attendance were the following officers and councilors: Harry Most, W. McD. Hammon, J. C. Swartzwelder, Robert Briggs Watson, G. M. Jeffery, C. L. Gibson, Eli Chernin, Robert M. Lewert, G. F. Otto, M. M. Brooke, and Rodney C. Jung. Others attending the meeting were: Thomas H. Weller, William Trager, E. Harold Hinman, and Dorland J. Davis.

The minutes of the 1966 annual meeting were approved.
