Nasal Granuloma Caused by Entomophthora Coronata

Clinical, histologic, and mycologic findings in a patient with paranasal nodules caused by a phycomycete, Entomophthora coronata, are reported. Attempts to transmit the fungus to experimental animals were unsuccessful.
