Primary Renal Echinococcosis: A Case Report*

A case of primary renal echinococcosis in a 22-year-old Italian male is presented. The cyst had ruptured into the renal pelvis and had caused the passage of jelly-like material in the urine, associated with renal colic and dysuria.
