Bilateral Total Infarction of the Testis due to Schistosomiasis of the Spermatic Cord*

A case of bilateral infarction of the testis due to schistosomiasis of the spermatic cords, the first such case to be reported, is described and two possible theories of the genesis of the lesion are discussed.
